We are a full-service, retained executive search consulting firm conducting searches in all functional management areas to identify leaders among mid-level and senior executives in a variety of industries. We are selective in the search assignments that we accept, maintaining high standards of personal service to clients and candidates and building long-term relationships.
Our clients hire us to lead the search process and evaluate all candidates sourced by the client, our firm or other resources. We are retained for our expertise in facilitating all phases of the search and objectively evaluating both the competence and compatibility of the candidates. Clients are relieved to have our support in this very time consuming process, allowing them to focus on other important business.

More About Our Search Process
As a small independent firm, we are able to provide a high level of personal attention to our clients and our candidates. A mutual commitment to regular and effective communication is critical to an effective search process and to our success in building strong, productive relationships. While each assignment is unique, our process generally follows these steps:
- Through research and consultation with senior management, we learn and understand our client’s business and organization, specific needs, and corporate culture.
- We work with our client to define the scope of responsibility, required experience and skills, and desired personal attributes; then we refine the position specification to accurately reflect job qualifications, define success in the role and present a compelling opportunity.
- We conduct research to identify qualified candidates, making full use of the extensive networks and resources of both the client organization and our firm.
- We screen and assess potential candidates to determine qualifications and level of interest before presenting client with written profiles.
- Whenever possible, we meet and accompany candidates to interviews and assist the hiring staff in the hosting and interviewing process, providing timely feedback to both client and candidates.
- Following the interview process, when ready to proceed to the offer stage, we contact business references and solicit commentary on work performance and personal characteristics.
- We provide counsel on the employment offer including compensation package, timing, relocation considerations, etc. Our relationship with the selected candidate allows for upfront discussions that help prevent lengthy negotiations or surprises during the offer stage.
- We provide counsel to the selected candidate throughout the resignation and exit process with their current employer and stay in close contact thereafter to ensure a smooth transition.
- Once s/he is employed, we remain in contact with the new executive and with our client to offer support during orientation.
